SAVANNAH LAWSON, Paralegal
Savannah is passionate about children and ensuring that their wellbeing is an integral part of any divorce settlement or custody proceeding. Having personally experienced the impact of divorce on a family and the children, Savannah sees the importance of stellar legal representation to a fair divorce. She joined Marple Rubin to be part of a team that provides that kind of outstanding family law service.
She graduated from the University of Georgia with a Bachelor of Arts in sociology and a Bachelor of Arts in criminal justice. Prior to becoming a family law paralegal, Savannah worked in criminal law. She was most recently a criminal case manager and calendar clerk for Judge Kimberly Anderson in the DeKalb County State Court Division II. As a lifetime learner, she enjoys being challenged and working on a variety of tasks for the firm’s attorneys. Savannah is an empath and looks forward to listening to clients and assisting them with their cases.
Savannah was born and raised in West Palm Beach. When not working, she enjoys being outside and hiking with her Chihuahua-terrier mix Reesie, playing tennis and soccer, and cheering on the UGA bulldogs, Atlanta United, and Miami Dolphins. She is involved with Habitat for Humanity and Trees Atlanta’s virtual education program, where she reads books to children via Zoom.
